statistics

Hi all,

I've just uploaded a new version of my hitchhike statistics programs to the "hitching" group on Yahoo!

Main change is that the date format for the dates on the *OUTPUT* files is now ISO8601 (yyyy-mm-dd). I've also updated the license, they are now distributed under GPL version 3.

Additionally, the archive containing the lot is now created with WinRAR and contains authenticity verification.
