Von der A6 auf die A5 Richtung Süden

Bald trampe ich von Polen in die Schweiz. Das letzte Mal hatte ich wahnsinnig Mühe, von der A6 auf die A5 (Richtung Süden) zu kommen. Stand lange auf der Raststätte Hohenlohe und nahm dann einen Lift auf die A5 Richtung Norden, wo ich auf einer Raste die Autobahnseite wechseln musste.
Habt ihr Tipps, welche Raststätten gut sind? Und gibt es auf jeder Raststätten Tunnels oder Brücken, um die Seite zu wechseln? Hab auf der Raste Hardtwald keine gefunden..
