Hi,

I am from Turkey, too. I have had little hitchhiking experience (only short
distances) although I have traveled extensively in Turkey. If you come from
Iran, you will reach a small city called Maku and from there you will get
through the Gurbulak Custom/Border. This place is a heaven for hitchhikers.

Hey guys,

I am currently in Pakistan and I thought about moving west. Does anyone of
you have some recent information about hitchhiking in Iran and the east of
Turkey. Some general tips are welcomed too.

um mal das leidige Versicherungsthema anzusprechen. Habe gerade bei Stiftung
Warentest gelesen, dass Mitfahrer immer über die KfZ-Haftpflichtversicherung
des Fahrers versichert sind. Da die in Deutschland Pflicht ist, sollte es
also kein Problem geben.

Does anybody got an experience hitch-hiking from Madrid (Spain) Barajas Airport towards the East (Zaragoza, Barcelona)?

I looked at the map, and it seems the airport is located very close to the A2 (E90) highway on the East side of Madrid.

Couple of days ago we got a chance to participate in one of the events organized by Autostop Argentina.
